ANGOLA - Information Sharing and Consultation between Financial Institutions and Private Credit Information Bureaus
Considering that the Private Credit Information Bureaus (mostly known as CPICs) are auxiliary bodies of the Financial System, under the terms of article 21(c) of Law n.º 14/21, of 19 May, on the General Regime of Financial Institutions, the Data Protection Agency (APD) issued a Circular n.º 01/APD/2024 on 11 October, which guides the terms of information sharing and consultation between financial institutions and CPICs.
